Telephone sales and non-English speaking people

Well huh. I've run into this a few times with both telephone and DM leads. Not even sure how to handle these, what do you do with non-English speaking leads?
 
No English, we don't talk. I get a few folks each year that start by asking if anyone speaks Cantonese. I say no and hang up.

If they are looking for the Medicaid office that is likewise a short conversation that starts with "No"

If they have some form of VA benefits I ask which Tri-care they have before going forward
 
thanks everyone. I did do some searching for language line services and found that they charge $3.95 PER MINUTE. Yikes. Ok I will throw it away.
 
well if anyone is licensed in FL, speaks Spanish, and wants a turning 65 in December DM lead, let me know it's up for grabs.
