Depends on what you mean by telesales. Assurity has a pretty good product.

Not only do Jr. Stock Brokers work in "small" amounts like that but there are
No shortage of "boilerrooms" in SoCal & elsewhere, where closers get that as a minimum.

Folks make REAL deals on the phone daily, cold calling.....of course you can get the $$$ over the phone.

Guardian would do it and they have a SPWL product.

However, their minimum is above $10,000 so if that's the kind of prospect your going after, best to look elsewhere.

Baltimore Life would be good for SPWL telesales. INSpeed is not available for SPWL sales. However, there's a short paper app and a PHI. The PHI must be done within 5 days of the app date so if you are getting the app via mail you need to keep that in mind. We've never done them over the phone, but it can be done.
They accept down to $5000.
