Temporary Health Care in the US OR Company Health Care?

This question is for the experienced agents.

I have been in the US for over 6 months and need health insurance for at least 3 more months. What would be the best temporary health care plan with PPO?

OR

I do have a company, could I get insurance for my small business? Would it be better?

Please enlighten me. Thanks.

I'm leaving the country in 3 months and will be back with another VISA that will allow me to get a SSN and with that I would apply to a plan that's Obamacare. Or I could get something for my business if that's allowed.

That is my plan at least.
