Term Life - Which company to choose?

Hello All,

There are so many companies out there. Many websites recommend Farmers, but Farmers' quote is about 150% of the other companies. Which company would you recommend?
45 year old male. Pretty healthy. Nonsmoker. Want 30 year term at $500,000.

I don’t do much term but I just put my dad with Protective life. They have some nice options.

I see zero reason to pay a lot more for Farmers life. I don’t care to pay more for their commercials.

I got this from a website. Legal & General (Banner) is the lowest. But then again, this is just a general quote. I would have to submit test results for an actual rate right? Should I check out other companies?

I have gotten my clients Banner quoted rates......we put in a application......we do the exam...and see what they come back with and decide if we want to accept their offer....I never have my clients submit money during underwriting.....

In addition to the companies listed above, I've checked Haven Life and American Fidelity. Since Farmers' quote was high I didn't know if I should contact agents and get quotes from companies like NY Life.
