I'll take a shot...

Tricky worded answer for the 1st one. I know if you don't disclose preexisting conditions, then they can deny benefits. I don't know what cold lead advertising is. You can't issue policies in the field and it's illegal to do post claims underwriting. Not sure what the answer has to do with marketing though.

Per Diem policies are being sold? lol. I know it pays a fixed amount and anything over what's actually used is taxable so I choose #2.
