Texas*** Any MAs that Will Let You Join Their Med Supp After So Long?

This might be specific to California and may be a thing of the past. When a person enrolled into Blue Shield of Calif Med Advantage HMO and stayed for at least 3 months, they were allowed to enroll into a Med Supp as a GI into specific plans offered through Blue Shield of Calif. This was offered pre-MIPPA. Is this offered through any Texas carriers?
