Texas ICA Agent Concerned About Renewal Retention

I am a Independent Life and Health Agent in Texas. Have an contract with United Healthcare as an ICA Agent 5 years. Renewals have accumulated fairly well. My concern is retention of renewals in event of my death. As I read the contract, it appears that I receive renewals for lifetime as long as I maintain certification.
That would be pretty difficult if I am deceased. I have heard that incorporation is a way to retain them. Anyone have any ideas, would appreciate them.

If you are contracted with UHC as a sole prop right now chances are those renewals are tied to you and cannot be transferred to anyone or anything. Some Medicare companies offer an AOR change process. Unless something changed in the last 6 months UHC does not. Medicare commissions work very different than most insurance products. You probably should setup a corp and have all commissions go through it, contact your lawyer.
