Any of my fellow brokers have large group Restaurants as clients ? If so, how are your clients handling employees that work 130 hours one month but not the next month as far as eligibility is concerned ?:skeptical::skeptical::skeptical:

Sorry to dig up an old post, but in case you were still looking for assistance...

Variable hour tracking is the key for most of my restaurant clients. Implement a solution that works for variable hour tracking with their current time & attendance system or at least in a manner in which data can easily be imported and exported. Most of my clients have gone with the full 12 month measurement period and it works well.

Can always implement a MEC solution if they are worried about the cost of a true benefits program.
