TN Agent Needs GA Out of State License...

I hope you don't mind my asking this question here.
"How does a resident TN Life & Health agent go about getting a GA out of State License?" I looked on-line to help a friend out and I'm more confused than ever. LOL I think it can be done on-line now; is'nt that the easy way?

Georgia License fees are $100 per year for L/A&H. Depending on the company you are with you may have to pay the Non-Resident Appointment fee of $50 per year for each carrier you wish to be appointed to represent in GA.
