If you are or you know of any “young guns” who are shaking things up in distribution, LIMRA is looking to honor the Top 25 Distribution Leaders Under 40 as part of its ongoing 100-year anniversary celebration.
Nominations are being accepted up until the end of February. LIMRA member companies’ employees who are born after Feb. 1, 1976 and have a role in distribution ─ at the home office or in the field ─ are eligible to be nominated.
LIMRA says if someone is innovating call center practices, product design, marketing or distribution strategies, or another aspect of the business, this is the chance to shine a light on those efforts.
“Today’s rising stars will help innovate distribution to ensure we remain relevant to the next generations of families who will need our products and services,” says LIMRA CEO Bob Kerzner.
