Top Hat Plans Still Around?

I had a client that used to have Execucare. I know top hat type plans went away with ACA, but I'm wondering if there is anything else out there that's similar?

I am not familiar with Execucare, but top hat plans are deferred comp for retirement. Are you asking about a medical reimbursement plan for execs?

Yes! I'm essentially looking for a way to provide better benefits to just the partners. Any suggestions?
