Total Newbie Question: Free Look Period

Hello, please forgive me as I'm still studying for my license test but a question has been bugging me that I can't seem to find the answer for anywhere.

Is the free look period AT LEAST 10 days in all 50 states? My understanding is that it can be longer in some states and individual insurers may also offer longer but is 10 days the absolute minimum that must be offered by any insurer in any state?

What state do you need the answer for? I doubt someone is going to take the time to type out all 50...
