Transamerica Career Agent

Does anyone have any info / experience or insight on a Transamerica career agent job?
I have a friend that is looking to get into the life ins business and saw an ad in career builder.
I used to work for Monumental as a captive agent and I think it might be the same stuff, just a different company name.
I did a search for Transamerica but most of the info here is about the mailings not anything about being an agent for them.
Any info would be helpful.

Its the same as the old Mon career agency. Just a name change. Depending on the office it can be a decent opportunity for someone to learn the ropes.
