Help,
I have an interview scheduled next week.
Has anyone worked for Transamerica? I like products- need training-
what's the culture like? How does being captive differ from being a broker with them? Can one start as captive and then switch to broker after a year?

Anything I should be aware of to handle interview?

Anything I should specifically ask/discuss about that I may not know.

I've been health up to now--really need a change. Want to learn life well.

Prospecting is not an issue.

If you're not a newbie and you've got a large block of Medicare business...why would you go captive? Why give up any independence? You can offer anything they have as an independent agent and you already have your block of Medicare business to cross sell to.
