You may want to check out GeoBlue or Imglobal.com.

I know you said it's before they leave for the trip, but I tell them their Supp or MAPD will not cover Medevac. And a lot of foreign countries won't release you from the hospital until you've paid upfront.

Sorry to answer a question with a question, but if they do they have foreign Emergency travel. 500 deductible 80% 50k lifetime for first 60 days.

$250 on that deductible.

Ive been to some of the travel ins sites--now I know how people feel the first time they encounter Medicare--its all gibberish.

Is there ONE carrier that is good at it? Is it worth selling? Hate to send clients away.

Before I got Medicare, my BCBS covered me outside the country for emergencies like a heart attack or getting mauled by a hedgehog.

Have them check with their insurance to make sure they're not already covered before buying travel insurance.

I would never travel without hedgehog insurance
