Tricare and Med Supp Insurance

I have a prospect who wants a Med Supp but also has Tricare and his group is ending. I have a very good friend who is a retired Air Force Colonel (He's actually a war hero, was in the Hanoi Hilton along with John McCain) who swears by his Tricare and never needed anything else.

In any of the expert's opinions on here, has anyone for any reason seen the need for a supplement along with Tricare? I treat these guys like Gold so really want to get concrete info.

He has no need for a supplement with Medicare and Tricare, I can't see any benefit.

Thanks Dave. He's getting a subsidy as a retiree so thought he should get a supp as well considering it's paid for.
