Question, I am fully aware that two ISO provisions allow for trusts to be added as an additional insureds, however, which insurance companies allow for Named Insureds to be a Trust?

The Hartford has an endorsement and Travelers will let you actually change named insured to the trust after initial quoting your underwriter approves. Assuming that you are talking about homes. Travelers will also do the auto.
