Underwriting Question

Other than Mutual/United of Omaha and MedAmerica, does anyone know who might consider a type II well controlled diabetic who still smokes...assuming no other issues of course? GNW, PRU, JH are a NO.

I am unaware of NY Life, Mass Mutual, NWM, etc, guidelines....since I do not sell those products. TransAmerica maybe?

Any help appreciated.

Transam is possible.
the Omahas and Medam are the only others.

thanks for the help.

I would hate to think what WCL would charge on a life policy for a 66 year old male diabetic smoker if I tried to get him the extended benefits rider. I guess I will stick with my Mutual of Omaha approach and hope these people don't waste time trying to shop for something that does not exist,
