Uninsured Accident While Working

Earlier today I backed into a woman's truck while working on a pizza delivery. She said she didn't see any damages so she didn't need my info, however, she definitely seemed like she was messed up on something. I'm afraid that she's going to call my work tomorrow and request my information. If I buy insurance tonight, will it cover that accident? Can she call the police on me even though she had already said it was okay?

yep. that's how insurance works. all these fools paying for insurance with no claims..... makes so much more sense to wait until something happens, then buy insurance.

that's how insurance companies have become so profitable.

all kidding aside... even if you had insurance. you wouldn't have been covered.

your boss' commercial auto policy would be on the hook for this.

but based on what you've mentioned about the other party, I doubt you have anything to worry about.
