I just received an email that they are approved in Texas. Anyone had any dealings with them?

Super small company. Didn't even have the capital and surplus to write new business.

Agency out of Texas put up the money for the capital & surplus requirements. They also put the marketing deal together for Universal Fidelity.

Weird way commissions are paid. They are not paid from Universal Fidelity but from the agency that put this deal together.

Too many red flags.
