Upmc and Highmark Contracts in Pennsylvania

I just got my pa non resident and my father just got his pa resident license and we are looking for contracts for major medical and Medicare advantage contracts for upmc and highmark.

We ARE NOT interested in assigning our commissions to any agency and are looking for organizations that don't require that. Please message me if anyone is familiar with those organizations.
