I have a client applying for coverage who just told me she will be going to the USVI in January to attend school for a year. We were going to place the coverage with Humana, but it seems they consider the USVI to be a foreign country so it is a no go.
I have inquiries in to other carriers, but wonder if any of you have run in to this before. I can write an IMG plan on her in January, but would like to put something more comprehensive on her.
Ideas?
