Buying a building that still needs 200k to rebuild the inside but wont start till another 30 days don't wanna get a vacant policy and cancel will be alot of $ and we don't have a contractor yet to put on a normal policy any idea what to do thanks

Dont i need a builder to get a quote they told me the rate depends on the builder ???

I use a non-admitted market for builders risk, they don't ask any questions regarding the contractor just as long as they are licensed
