This highlights one major flaw, employees don't own their insurance policy. This is one reason why I never have done group insurance. Now, it can be used as a threat to these unionized employees. Wanna bet they cave? Lose my paycheck or pension, that's ok. But, mess with my benefits and the sky is falling. When will we learn......they should all own private insurance.
