my girlfriend tried to join a session as a test, she has a new Dell with Vista, could not get on with Gather Place, any suggestions?

Thanks for the advice, she has actually had zero problems with Vista, no idea why, being Mac guy I couldn't wait to laugh at a PC and of course, she has no problems, ugh!!
