Drive traffic?
Pay Per Click ads?
If its just to "have one" (like me) with a real email address, so you aren't using gmail, ask a teenager. Or a college kid who needs some cash. They can get you registered at godaddy and set it up with the godaddy templates. You will have to provide the content for them to put on the site.
If you want something that shows up in the google analytics and drives traffic to your site, you need a real web developer. Who will monitor the traffic, change content when needed, etc. Make sure they have been in business a while and this isnt their "between jobs" business. Assuming Texoma is Sherman/Denison, feel free to PM me like. I know a guy in McKinney who does excellent work, but he starts at $2500.
