Were you able to get it fixed? I received my producer number and mine auto redirects back to wellcarenow same as yours. Their broker support area is staffed by absolutely miserable, stupid, unhelpful people.
How long after someone inputs an ap via PURL, can you find it in your callidus web page? Does it show under "application search tool"...or eventually under book of business?
