WellCare Agent Connect issue?

Anyone else notice that if you log into your agent connect....go to Agent history..go to Application Search Tool.......that all your applications no longer show? Book of Business and all else is fine.

I litterally had a hundreds showing on Friday....and now only a message of "no records found". Wellcare support confirmed what I was seeing, and said they would escalate it.

Curious if the system is picking on me alone, or overall.

I hate everything about WellCare from top to bottom. The only reason I fight through their awful web page and horrific application process is because some of my clients are getting a good deal with them. In their defense, they are not the only company that seems to think you need 7 web sites, 4 logon ID's and 3 methods of submitting apps and SOA's that all don't work.
 
Totally agree 530. 99.9% when you call them I can not understand the person talking. Suppose to have been paid last week for AEP.....system error.....suppose to be paid tomorrow.
