Checked my Wellcare renewal commissions this morning.
Only got renewal on 50% of members all at $19.00 a pop.
Anyone noticed that this morning?

“Please be advise the payment history tab in agent connect is currently not reflecting complete payment data for commissions paid prior to February 16. We are actively working to load all 2018 commission payments to agent connect by March 9“

Just saw that email, but as I said they only paid for half my policyholders at $19.00 (2018 renewal rates).
So my monthly renewal I only got 50% of the normal monthly run.

I haven't received my March renewals and no one can give me an anwser. Do you work for them?

For them? No way. But I get about $1500 in monthly renewals from them. Hope they plan on paying. Hope they aren’t going out of biz.
Pup went out of biz here a few years ago and still paid money that was earned.

My PDP renewal payment arrived 3/23.

I have checked. And it’s not there. That’s why I said I hope they plan on paying
