I had a lot of trouble with Wellcare in MO this year. The SMS in MO helped alot with issues with them. I know they were talking to Debbie Myorga. Ill see if I can get her contact info. Not sure if she is the MO rep though.
Best advice so far. I figured it was a long shot, but I asked my upline for my local rep's number, and the upline went ahead and contacted him. He said they didnt have my PURL working bc they didnt have my cell number, huh?? .. so now they are using my office number and it will be working in a couple days... Geezz, why couldnt they just tell me this from the start?
