This shows how relatively small risk-pools suffer, when there's one person with BIG claims.
Wellmark of Iowa has this client/patient who uses over $1 million in healthcare per month.
Wellmark said 3 days ago that it's out of Iowa for 2018. This one customer raises everybody's premiums too much.
Today, Aetna says, "Holy Crap! We don't want that expensive customer. We're leaving Iowa too, on December 31, 2017."
Only one state-wide ObamaCare IFP insurer left in Iowa. Medica Ins. Company. We'll see if they seek to escape this high-cost customer.

This person has been around a while now. Somehow, I'm thinking Medicare via SSDI should have kicked in....
