I had someone's daughter today ask me about saving their mom money on Medicaid because she thought it was free.

What are we supposed to say in these instances? Hold on, let me mail you a scope of appointment?

You can give the daughter your card and have the parents call you if it involves discussion about drug coverage or MA .This is not necessary for a med supp discussion but still a good idea since many consumers will say they are looking for a med supp but really are referring to an MA plan and besides if they are specifically looking for med supp they are usually want to discuss PDP as well.You don't want to be accused of bait and switch.
