I have always believed the best thing to offer is more education on the service they have. Many people have insurance policies of one type or another that they don't even understand. Sure, they could find the information online somewhere, but many won't go through the trouble.

If I were you, make a mock newsletter that explains certain terms of their policy in laymens terms - maybe with real world examples of what would happen if they didn't have the service you provide. My auto insurance customers always appreciated the time I took to make them really understand what their coverage did and did not do. It helped them make better decisions in the future, and kept them from getting as upset when they weren't covered for something they had assumed they were covered for.
