I am looking for a good CRM or Agency software or web based way to track my leads, auto respond, and drip market.

I like Leads360 if you're a set it up and go kind of guy.

AgencyIQ is nice, easy-to-use, and has the features you're requesting ... and it's fairly inexpensive. I use Leads360 but it's a bit more expensive.

well the answer honestly will depend on what your budget is, your lead sources, and of course what you need the software to do.
