    hi folks:

I'm interested in running the following ad:

$50 to your favorite charity if I can"t save you money on your health
    insurance.
Two conditions have to be met for this offer:
    1) You must currently be paying 100% of your entire health premium.
    2) you must be accepted by the companies I recommend.

I went to the doi for California but could find nothing.

    thanks for your help.

Contact your FMO or the carrier's compliance officer.

I guess the first way I would pin your ears back would be plan design. I can always save somebody money, simply by changing plan design. Apples to Apples is a bit different.

I would submit copy to your OIC and get written approval otherwise, fine, fine, everywhere a fine.. blocking up the scenery..

    I once ran an ad:

    Three things are guaranteed:

    Taxes
The Bengals will miss the playoffs again
I will save you money on your health insurance

    Please call...

No sales. Never used it again.

What's the matter in Ohio, no sense of humor? An ad has to run at least three times to get notice.
