WHat is the Average Salary for a P&C Agent Working for an Agency?

Im a licensed life, health and P&c agent. Been life and health licensed now for 11 yrs. Really havent done much in P&C. Ive been working on my own last 6 yrs and sales have been miserable lately and ready to go back to salary job. Im going for another interview at a insurance agency and theyd want me to do P&C for them. Just curious what salary is going for now and benefits for a job like this now.

p&c, base 25-30,000+ commission. depends on the company.

This job is salary only no commission at all.
