What do you mean by “best”? The best information available in a CE course? Information most relevant to what you do? What will better enable you to serve your customers? Cheapest? What will get you the most CE credits in the least amount of time? Or....?

The "best" is relative. The least costly are those rubber-chicken lunches provided by wholesalers where, at the end once you sign the sheet, you'll get CE..and have had lunch...for free. The problem is, not enough wholesalers providing these days. When needed, I use WebCE.
