What is the quickest way to find someone's Medicare #?

I am helping a good friend of mine. He has had a Medicare Advantage plan for a long time. He has his old Medicare Card with SS# but doesn't remember ever getting the updated card.

He doesn't have a SSA account login or Medicare dot gov log in. Tried to help him reset it with no luck.

What is the quickest way to find his current Medicare # ?

Any help solving this puzzle would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

I just call Medicare with the client. 1st rep will take all the info and then have to transfer you to 2nd rep that can give you their number. Doesn’t take too long generally. If he has MA with you then you can look at your book of business and it’s on there.

UHC Jarvis chat. Give them his name, DOB, address, SSN and ask for his MBI. They'll also ask what date he gave PTC and what UHC plan you're looking up - just use today's date and pick any plan; I always default to Choice PPO, it doesn't matter.

Not if you call them early enough. Whenever I need them, it's never urgent. Call them first thing in the morning on the next business day
