WHAT made you a believer in this business?

That's your hero Scott's quote I pulled up,

Actually, I was referring to another poster, not Scott.

The other individual said he was in for the money and would leave for a better offer.

Doesn't sound very committed to me. I invited him to leave the industry if that was his true feeling.

1manshow, you have a lot of growing up to do.

The company I wrote the plan through was AMS. Used to love writing with them, they answered their phone, you could talk to underwriting and get answers and they would stick by what they had told. Hated to see them go.

I guess I misunderstood this thread. I thought New Health Strategies started it as a feel good thread so others could see the huge difference we as agents can make in people's lives when we love what we do, when we do the right thing for people, and get paid great to do it. But then I'm only in it for the money.

Sti, you must have a problem with women because Dave020 posted a thread about BC/BS and a leukemia case. You didn't question whether that was a true story. So I guess I don't understand what triggered your arrogance with my case.

Arrogance is arrogance, confidence is something else. The definition of arrogance is: an offensive display of superiority or self-importance; overbearing pride. Has nothing to do with knowledge. You weren't doing anything but being arrogant. You weren't trying to help anybody you were being arrogant.

You must have a split personality because you claim you want to help others but in trying to help them you have to point out how little they know and how much you know.

I'm sure you'll have an arrogant response to this as well.

No not at all.....I get the impression that you are a captive agent selling the flavor of the day and bad mouthing everyone else.....even in the post you posted in this thread...

I know most of the time the limit on Rx is not an issue but isn't insurance supposed to be for the things that are typically not an issue not the daily crap we can pay for ourselves. I constantly get the "Why don't you offer BC/BS or Aetna more you do?" question from other agents. That's why. Although it's getting more and more difficult to find a plan with good Rx coverage. (GR just changed their Tier 4 Rx to 25% copay instead of a set $ amount.)
That's my soapbox today;)

So Sti, who do you write for and why? Enlighten me.

everyone that will give my clients the best underwriting for their medical conditions.....
