What makes an individual major medical carrier good or bad for brokers to work with?

My company is new and looking to learn. What are the best things carriers do for agents, so we can try to do them? What are the worst things carriers do to agents, so we can avoid them?

Paying fair commissions on time and without hassle is clearly a big part of doing right by brokers. What else is there?
