What methods do you use to reach out to prospects.

Was at a sales seminar two days ago, which when I got there I found out it was more geared to Tech B2B. But they were saying interesting ways that they use to contact prospects such as LinkedIN, Skype, Facebook Messager, and some now even have replaced phone room reps with Artificial Intelligence bots, that are basically Apps that are preprogrammed through research with what customers most popular requests are then they forward it to a Human sales rep who closes the client.

I know in Life Insurance it is Phones, Door Knocking, texts and E-mail. Has anybody tried any of this other stuff or is it too advanced for out clientele.
