When a T65 is Unable to Afford a Med Sup

FWIW, I am not a fan of HMO's in general, but KP (at least locally) has been good for my family and clients. Put my daughter on a KP plan a few years ago right before she moved to DC (where they have KP as well).

Like Bob #2, I have had KP clients that were referred OON by KP and their claims were paid just as if they were in network.

Not all HMO's are like this. KP is different. There are times, at least here in Atlanta, when KP is the best choice.
