When Do It Yourself May No Go As Intended.

As we know we as agents come across people who do not have a basic Will and some will suggest the do it yourself forms that can be done online. The problem with that is the potential of things not going as intended because a person may not know what they don't know.

A person may want a do it yourself form but it's someone else who may have to clean up the mess.

It's going to depend entirely on the situation. A large amount of assets, most definitely a legal plan crafted by a lawyer specializing in the subject.

Situations where not a lot of assets involved, not so much. A computer software program can do the trick.

Yea yea I know a lot can happen, but honestly with the amount of people that die everyday, is it a significant number?

Should everybody have a will? yes, no disagreement. Does everyone need multiple trusts and all the bells and whistles? No, not usually.
