United Health---no one has the kahones to stand up to CMS. The biggest health insuror in the WORLD kow tows to them which exacerbates the problem

No they don't.
Which is why they aren't offering ACA policies.
UHC does what they want, when they want, how they want.
You did remedial training because on Page 47, section B, line 14 it says "Agent will be required to attend remedial training when a complaint is made" and once its in their policy handbook, there shall be no deviation from the policy handbook. You either follow the handbook or there's the door.
