Where Did You Find a Good AP?

Just curious to where people found good AP's...

I've tried monster/career builder (only because it was free to me) and had no success. Insurance industry has such a bad rep it's hard to find a good AP that isn't jaded.

I've also tried Craigslist but for some reason they are all bottom of the barrel. Facebook, tried that... Looking for outside the box ways to find really good AP's..

Suggestions?
