why is the PPO better?

WELL with a hmo you have to pick a primary care doc and see him first for everything.....and typically hmo networks have fewer docs than a ppo.......now with the ppo plan you can see anyone on the list and have more doc's to choose from because they make more on a ppo contract than a hmo............
