Is there a cheat sheet or document that can tell me if each particular state gives dental benefits to their members on medicaid,, etc,,?
Which states offer no dental coverage to duals?

I don't know of any but that's one of the best questions I've ever read on the forum.
In 2010 California dropped dental and vision for adults on MediCal (Medicaid). I sent mailings to a few counties north of LA and cleaned up. Everyone was concerned about getting their last tooth pulled.
When they added it back a couple of years ago I stopped doing the mailings. I got tired of F2F and hate to deal the HMO plans over the phone. I still feel there are too many moving parts to risk allegations (especially from duals).
Anyway, I found it very easy marketing as long as I had their doctor.

That really is a great question. It would be great to have a consolidated spreadsheet of state specific Medicaid benefits.
