I have a gal moving to Miami at the end of this month, she needs an off-exchange policy. She might qualify for subsidies as she's moved, but I doubt. Please PM me if you can help.
Thanks!

The number one carrier in Miami on exchange is Molina Healthcare. Look up a quote on healthcare.gov. They're priced exactly at Sunshine Health level only their deductibles and copays are lower. If she just moved, she should have an SEP.

Off exchange, I'd say United. And one other option would be to take a short term for 2 1/2 months and get her a major med come Nov. If you're thinking short term, I'd go United Healthcare. Maybe HIIQuote.

Molina? I actually was speaking from the POV of the best networks, not cheapest/lowest price point.

I have it on good authority from a 25 year old, licensed for 19 months, with a website built 5 months ago (almost) that Molina is great because they have so many doctors who are mainly working with Medicaid and are the cheapest silver plan. And works out of a virtual office with a phone number for an escort service.

I'm getting a contract through him. I suggest you do the same.

Seems like a great partnership for anyone.

Rick
