Why Doesn't Blue Cross/Shield Show Up on Quote Engines?

Why doesn't Blue Cross show all on any of my quote engines? I have tried both Ritter and Medicare.gov. Nothing. I have a prospect who is currently with them out of Illinois. I have the name of his plan and was going to compare it to other carriers. No dice. Pricing for Blue Cross is non-existent. Why?
