Why do I love what I do? Wrote a home policy in July and inspection determined it needed a new roof. Called the customer and let him know but also advised not to cancel current policy until roof replaced or he decided to stay with current company. Follow up calls got no where when out of the blue he shows up a week ago madder than a hornet because he received his cancellation letter, along with his premium refund, and he had replaced the roof. Did you call and let me know you replaced the roof? Did we not speak last week and you blew me off because you were traveling? let me see if I can save it. 10 days later and he is back on the phone with what about my home.
As I hang up the phone rings and a different customer calls with a follow-up to a conversation we had last week. "You guys are the best. Have a great week". Makes it all go away
